CXOhive – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 2026 This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all CXOhive events, including the Global CXO Accelerator Summit 2026 and the Global CXO Blueprint.

1. No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases, program enrollments, and payments made to CXOhive are final and non-refundable. Once a seat is booked:
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
    • Change of mind
    • Schedule conflicts
    • Travel issues
    • Visa or employer decisions
    • Health or personal emergencies
    • Partial or non-attendance
This policy exists because CXOhive events are limited-seat, high-investment leadership experiences with committed speakers, venues, and resources.

2. No Cancellations or Transfers

Tickets:
  • Cannot be cancelled
  • Cannot be transferred or resold
  • Cannot be used by another person without written approval from CXOhive
Unauthorized sharing or transfer will result in loss of access without refund.

3. Event Changes

CXOhive reserves the right to:
  • Modify event dates, speakers, agenda, or format (online/offline)
  • Substitute speakers if required
  • Reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

4. Program Access

If your ticket includes digital programs (e.g., Global CXO Blueprint, recordings, community access):
  • Access begins once credentials are issued
  • Once access is granted, no refunds are possible

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute raised after purchase will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension from CXOhive programs.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing a CXOhive ticket or enrolling in any program, you acknowledge and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
